Operator and agreement

AI Rap Video is operated by LIU XINMIN, an individual based in China. By using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your information.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 years old. Uploaded photos must each show one adult who has agreed to their use.

Content rules

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to descriptions, uploaded photos, generated audio and videos. Pornography/NSFW content, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfake/impersonation abuse and copyright or trademark infringement are prohibited. Use only photos of consenting adults; do not present generated performances as authentic recordings.

Credits

Videos are paid for with credits. New accounts receive no free credits.

One-time credits do not expire. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing month. Yearly credits are issued upfront and expire at the end of the yearly term.

Credits for a clearly failed generation are returned to your balance.

Subscriptions and renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Yearly plans are charged for the full year upfront. Waffo Pancake processes payments; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout.

Cancel future renewals in Account & Billing using Cancel renewal or the Waffo customer portal before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves the current paid period and its credits until their normal expiry, unless that payment is refunded. Cancellation does not itself request a cash refund.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days (168 hours) of a successful purchase or renewal if none of the credits issued by that payment have been used. This applies to one-time credit packs, initial monthly/yearly subscriptions and each subscription renewal separately. Credits from a different purchase do not determine eligibility.

If any credits from the payment have been used, or the 7-day window has passed, the payment is normally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, verified service failures and refunds required by applicable law are reviewed separately. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

A clearly failed video generation returns the credits charged for that task. This is not a cash refund. Credits automatically restored for a failed task do not count as consumed for this refund policy. Do not continue using the credits while a cash refund request is being reviewed.

To request a refund, email qingmi995@gmail.com with the subject Refund request, your account email, order or payment ID, purchase date and reason. We check the payment and credit-use records and reply by email. Do not send passwords or complete card details.

Approved refunds are returned through Waffo to the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed; a refunded subscription payment ends the entitlement funded by that payment and its future renewal is cancelled. Bank processing time varies. We will confirm the outcome by email. Refunding one order does not refund unrelated purchases.

Generated output

Results vary. We do not guarantee likeness, lip sync, generation speed or fitness for commercial use. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for the photos, likenesses and other material you submit and for your intended use of the output. Purchasing credits does not grant rights to third-party songs, trademarks or likenesses, and we do not guarantee copyright protection or clearance for commercial use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Contact support first to seek resolution of a dispute; these Terms do not remove any non-waivable right to seek relief from a competent court.
