Who we are

AI Rap Video is operated by LIU XINMIN, an individual based in China.

Photos you upload

You upload one or two photos, depending on the selected template, to create a video. You must be allowed to use them, and each must show one adult.

Before generation, photos and settings are stored locally in this browser using IndexedDB, with a tab identifier in session storage. They are not uploaded for sign-in. Drafts expire after 24 hours and expired records are removed on the next visit; signing out clears the current tab draft.

Uploaded photos are stored privately to process and restore your generation tasks. There is currently no automatic fixed deletion schedule for uploaded photos. You can request deletion through our Contact page.

Generated videos

Generated videos are stored privately so you can view and download them. There is currently no automatic fixed deletion schedule for stored videos. Download links are temporary; expiry of a link does not delete the stored file. You can request deletion through our Contact page.

Third-party processors

For prompt safety screening, we send your description (or the selected theme when it is empty) to Waffo Prompt Scan. Waffo states that this check is stateless and does not retain prompt text after returning. The screening request does not include your photos. The description remains part of your generation task data when a job is accepted.

When you email a report, appeal or refund request, we process your contact details, task or order references and the information you provide to investigate and respond. The contact form opens your email app; the website does not itself send the message.

We use service providers for AI generation (Kie AI, using Seedance 2.0 Mini; your selected photos and template instructions are sent for processing), payments (Waffo, which processes checkout, billing details and payment records), hosting (Vercel), media storage (Cloudflare R2), and support correspondence (our Gmail support inbox).

Account and payment data

We store your email, credit balance and order history. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing our support address on the Contact page. We may verify your identity before acting. Some payment, security or dispute records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations; we will explain any applicable limits when responding. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Plausible and Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits and selected actions such as starting sign-in, choosing a plan, and encountering a generation blocker. Our own analytics service may also receive these events when configured. We do not include your email, photos, descriptions, or URL query parameters in these event parameters. Microsoft Clarity session recording is not currently enabled. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences. We honor your browser Do Not Track preference.
